How can orders be paid?
You can pay using your VISA or MasterCard or by bank transfer as well.
Can payment be made in currency other than Euro?
We accept payments in Euro only. However, you can also pay by bank card using another currency. In this case the necessary amount will be converted into Euro by your bank using current exchange rate.
Do the prices listed include Value Added Tax (VAT)?
All prices listed in our store do not include VAT (ALV - in Finnish). For shipments exported from the EU (eg. to Russia) VAT is not charged. For customers within the European Community 24% VAT is charged while ordering.
How do I estimate the shipping cost for my order?
In order to estimate delivery cost of your order, please put all goods in the "Basket" - all possible delivery ways (with costs) will be shown in the bottom half of "Basket"-page.
