Online-store AUDIO-HI.FI (FINSTOR Oy, FI18964991; hereinafter - The Store) sells goods over the Internet to customers in Finland, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus and worldwide. The Store reserves all rights to change the terms and conditions.
Only registered users can place orders with The Store.
Ordering is a step by step online procedure.
Information about current prices, shipping weights and quantities available can be found on the appropriate pages of The Store. All prices are listed in Euro and do not include local VAT (24%, not levied on the goods exported from EU). The Store reserves the right to change the prices without notice.
After the goods are placed in the shopping cart, the preferred ways of delivery and payment must be chosen.
The information about the cost of all available delivery ways can be found below the shopping cart content (without order proceeding). Shipping costs are being defined by the selected delivery method, possible extra services, shipment weight and size.
The Store doesn't charge any extra fees or comissions for order processing.
Any questions regarding product range, order settling, etc should be sent (in English, German, Russian and Finnish) to the firstname.lastname@example.org only.
The order is placed by using the checkout functionality in The Store to pay for the purchase. Placing the order, customer accepts these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping cost.
Order confirmation is sent by E-mail. It contains description, quantity and prices for the goods and services ordered as well as shipping address.
Customer has right to cancel the order before it is dispatched. Cancellation must be done in written (by E-mail) to The Store.
Orders with "Paid" or "Pending" status can be cancelled at any time with full refund. Orders that have "Processing" status can be cancelled with refund but the comission of up to 10% of the value (from 10 to 50 euros) can be charged by The Store. "Shipped" orders can't be cancelled.
Payments can be made by payment cards (VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Debit, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard) or through PayPal.
Payments are accepted in Euros. The Store is not responsible for exchange rates and commissions as well as for possible restrictions of banks on Internet payments.
The Store doesn't charge any extra fee in case the bank card payment is chosen.
Payments are safe. All information is being exchanged through secured connections.
Unpaid goods can't be shipped or reserved.
Prices for goods and/or services paid are final and can't be revised.
The trade happens between the on-line customer and The Store. The Store is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.
The payment facilitators of The Store are: Netaxept (Nets Oy (ent. Luottokunta Oy), Y-tunnus: 01078109), Maksukaista (Paybyway Oy, business-id: FI24865594) and Paypal. (Note: In case Maksukaista had been choosen as payment method, Maksukaista (Paybyway Oy) is shown as the payment receiver in the customer's bank account statement)

NOTE! After making payment you must return to The Store for correct number assignment to your order. After that the order is given the status "PAID" and confirmation is sent to Buyer by e-mail (the address indicated at registration is used).
All products from the stock are handled to the delivery service (Post, EMS) within three working days from the date of payment.
In case of terms of order processing violation Buyer has the right to cancel the order and require the refund on it. Order cancellation is made by e-mail. The Store undertakes to make a refund within two working days. The refund is made to the banking (card, PayPal) account, from which the payment was made.
All goods are packaged in compliance with requirements of delivery services and avoiding unauthorized opening.
Buyer should inspect the goods for damage when receiving the order from delivery service. Delivery serice ane The Store must be immediately informed regarding any damages of products in the shipping.
At the delivery service the order is assigned a tracking number used to trace all stages of delivery.
All orders are shipped with a complete set of accompanying documents providing full and correct information about goods transported.
The Shop is not responsible for local import duties and VAT paid in the country of destination.
Warranty and Returns
The Store is liable for defects is sold products according to the applicable law. Warranty is valid for all goods within 12 months from the date of delivery. Warranty is not valid for goods with traces of improper storage, transportation and use.
Customer has right to change or return all (or a part of) products according to applicabe law. The changing (or returning) products must be unused and in original package. Customer should contact The Store in advance.
The goods exported out of the EU cannot be returned to The Store.
