We are working on direct distribution agreements with vendors that neither have their own stock of goods nor handle retail shipments.
Where are the goods in stock kept?
All the goods are shipped from our own warehouse near Helsinki (Finland).
Does the website provide actual information on the quantity of goods on stock?
The quantity of goods available is always greater than indicated on the website. This approach helps us to avoid technical and human errors. Our business activity is not limited with retail sales through this online store. We also deal in wholesale deliveries therefore we always maintain a considerable amount of the whole range of goods in the warehouse.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide warranty for all goods sold within 12 months from the delivery date. The warranty is not valid for the goods with traces of improper use, self-disassembly or tweaking. We hope you find it reasonable.
