Is customs duty paid when recieving an order?
It depends on the country of destination. For deliveries within the European Union customs clearance is not required and customs duty is not paid.
For deliveries outside of the European Union customs clearance may be required on the goods receipt. Exact information on customs clearance and duties is available in your local customs office. As a rule, the customs clearance procedure for postal shipments is simplified and made at the post office without the recipient.
What accompanying documents are attached to the parcel?
We attach two copies of Commercial Invoice and a Customs Declaration (CN23) to all orders exept deliveries within the European Union. EU deliveries are attached only with Commercial Invoice as no сustoms сlearance is required.
