In what currency are the prices listed?
All prices are in EURO.
Do the prices listed include Value Added Tax (VAT)?
All prices listed in our store do not include VAT (ALV: in Finnish). For shipments exported from the EU (eg. to Russia) VAT is not charged. For customers within the European Community 24% VAT is charged while ordering.
Do you give any discounts to your customers?
First of all, there are special volume prices for most of items from our Store. These discounts are provided automatically.
Besides, our returning customers are given special coupons that provide discounts. The coupons can be used for further orders.
And finally, we always want to keep our prices reasonably low. So, if the goods of your choice are offered at a lower price from another store - all you have to do is to inform us. We'll try to do our best to make you a more attractive offer!
