We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Espoo (Helsinki metropolitan area), FINLAND
What ways of delivery do you use?
For shipping within Finland we use standard postal services.
In addition to standard postal services for shipping to Baltic Countries, PostNord services are used.
For shipping within the EU and we do usually use PostNord, GLS and DHL.
Shipping outside the EU: DHL or EMS.
When you place your order, you will be provided with a cost estimation for all possible ways of delivery.
Are your delivery costs in compliance with actual delivery fees?
Do you charge extra fees for packaging and shipment?
We have agreements with transport companies and we are given considerable discounts of ordinary tariffs because of heavy posting.
We do not take any extra charges for packaging and shipment.
Can order delivery process be monitored?
It is important that all parcels are given tracking numbers when posted. The tracking number is sent to you by e-mail automatically after packaging. By using this number you can follow all stages of delivery on-line.
How long does order delivery usually take?
We always post orders within 1-2 working days from the date of payment. As a rule postal delivery itself takes from some days up to two weeks (depends on the country of destination).
Where and how are the orders handled?
If you choose DHL or EMS service, your parcel will be delivered directly to you by courier. In all other cases you will get notification by post informing that you can receive your parcel at the nearest post office.
