All goods are shipped from own warehouse in Espoo (Helsinki metropolitan area), FINLAND.
Unless the specific lead time is stated on the product pages, all orders are handled to the delivery service within 48 hours (usually - within 24 hours) from the date of order placing.
For all shipments the tracking number (used to trace all stages of delivery) is provided.
We keep our right to choose the way of delivery in case free delivery is offered (in case delivery is on us).
Deliveries to PO boxes and packing stations are not possible.
Shipments within Finland
For shipments within Finland we use standard postal services (Postal parcel or Home Parcel).
Shipments within the European Union
For deliveries to EU-Countries we offer a wide range of delivery options: PostNord, GLS, DHL Express and standard postal services as well.
Worldwide shipments
We ship parcels worldwide using EMS Courier and DHL Express services.
