Seller (FINSTOR Oy, audio-hi.fi) is liable for defects in sold products according to the applicable law.
Warranty is valid for all goods within 12 months from the date of delivery. Warranty is not valid for goods with traces of improper storage, transportation and use.
Customer has right to change or return all (or a part of) products according to applicable law.
The changing (or returning) products must be unused and in original package. Customer should contact Seller in advance.
The goods exported out of the EU can be returned to Seller only in case of warranty issues.
