Subwoofer with extremely stiff and rigid aluminium cone.
The cone and the long throw low loss rubber surround give the tremendous bass precision, free of cone edge resonances and distortions, even in extreme cone excursions.
The lead-out wires stitched to the spider symmetrically in order to avoid resonances.
Extremely long double-layer high temperature voice coil wound on an glassfiber former gives a high power handling capacity.
Copper caps on pole pieces reduce non linear and modulation distortions and also increase overload margin. Extra large magnet system provides high efficiency and low Q.
Extremely stiff injection moulded metal basket keeps the critical components of the driver in perfect alignment. Large windows reduce sound reflection, air ?ow noise and cavity resonances.
